The church is a place for healing, encouragement, and learning. The church is also a catalyst for people to spread the love and hope of Jesus. Continue Continue Attend Church Weekly Make sure you get in the habit of attending weekly services! The Bible tells us in Hebrews 10:25, " Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching ." Join us weekly at Arise for our service on Sunday mornings @ 10 AM. Also, Arise is a praying church and we gather as a congregation every Wednesday night at 7:00pm for prayer and Bible study. During this service, we pray for God's guidance for our church as well as the needs of our church, the community, nation, and the world! PLAN YOUR VISIT Continue Daily Read Your Bible The Bible is God’s "user manual" for life. Just as we need to continually breathe oxygen to survive, we need to regularly study the Bible to grow and thrive spiritually. Your New Believer's Bible contains helpful information on how to begin and continue healthy Bible study habits. If you need more assistance, visit the Connect Center and one of our hosts will gladly give you more information to get you started! Continue Talk to God Often Prayer is how we communicate with God. All good relationships need good communication. Your relationship with God is no exception. Even Jesus himself took time to pray to God for guidance and direction. If Jesus felt the need to pray, how much more do we need to do it? Prayer may seem intimidating but it doesn't have to be. Read Luke 11:1-13 to learn how the disciples sought Jesus' direction on how to pray and Jesus gave them the perfect model to follow. He planted the church in 2017 with a desire to make disciples who make disciples here in Houston and across the globe. Caleb Reed Conference Host Caleb Reed serves on the pastoral staff at Arise Baptist Church. He is also our staff evangelist and travels to preach in local churches across America for part of each year. Caleb has a heart to facilitate discipleship in the local church both here and across our nation. Tyler Gillit Keynote Speaker Tyler Gillit became the senior pastor of Worth Baptist Church in Ft.
