What you can expect

If you are visiting Arise for the first time, then you are our honored guest! We’d love for you to let us know you’re coming, so we can make sure to personally greet you when you arrive on campus. We can’t wait to meet you!

When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by a member of our Welcome Team who can assist you in finding your way around. Feel free to stop by our refreshment table for a cup of coffee and a donut before the service begins! We promise to do our best to make your experience at church hassle-free.

We have safe childcare service available at all services and we will help you get your children registered for easy and safe check-in. If you have nursery aged children, you will want to arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time to get them to the right spot!

Our services last around an hour and a half. We start our services with a time of congregational singing, led by a small worship team and choir. Every service will have a focus on preaching from God’s Word, and we trust that it will affect your life in a positive way to bring you closer to the Lord!

Will I be singled out?

The short answer is, no. We do not single you out or ask you to give a speech when you visit. Our church is large enough that you are able to come for a visit and “blend” in if you want to. Our church also loves new guests and you will likely meet several friendly people before the service even starts.

What should I wear?

The most important thing is that you are here with us! Our church is made up of many generations that choose to dress in what is comfortable for them. No need to dress up, but if you want to…that’s ok too!

Is your church safe?

We work hard to maintain a safe environment so that every person can worship freely without fear. Our safety measures include a trained security team, CPR-trained staff and intentional child safety policies implemented by well-trained volunteers.

Is your building handicap accessible?

Yes! Our building is completely accessible, and we have handicap parking spaces near the doors. If you have any questions about handicap accessibility, please call us ahead of time and let us know how we can best serve you!

What denomination is your church?

Arise Baptist Church is not part of any denomination or larger organization of churches. We are an independent church which holds to the Baptist distinctives and fundamental doctrines of the Christian faith.
